Final Cut Pro Masters Class
Broadcast Readiness and Color Correction with Matt Geller

This one day class will cover the essentials needed for any television or film editor. Each student will work on an Apple G5 tower with both a computer monitor and television monitor.
Matt is the premier integration consultant for Final Cut Pro and Xsan solutions in the midwest. He has taught master classes at facilities such as the BBC and World Wrestling Entertainment. He has contributed to 6 books from Peachpit Press including: Advanced Editing and Finishing Techniques in Final Cut Pro 4, Xsan Quick-Reference Guide and the recently released Optimizing Your Final Cut Pro System.

This course will delve into the best tricks and techniques of real-world studio projects in Adobe After Effects. Each student will work on an Apple G5 tower with both a computer monitor and television monitor. Books sponsored by CMP Books.
Richard is an expert in motion graphic design and digital video. His producing skills were recognized by AV Multimedia Producer Magazine who named him one of the Top Producers of 2004. He is also a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals' "Instructor Dream Team". In addition, Richard is a popular speaker on the digital video circuit and an instructor at the Art Institute of Washington. Richard has authored over 15 renowned books on motion graphics. His book, Photoshop CS for Nonlinear Editors, was the first of its kind to focus on Photoshop’s application in the world of video. He is also a contributing author for Final Cut Pro On the Spot, After Effects On the Spot, and After Effects at Work.
